🌕 Moonlight Release: A Night of Breath and Renewal
The Full Moon is a time to exhale, release, and celebrate. In this 3-hour immersion at HIRA Wellness Center, we’ll use the moon’s illuminating energy to let go of what no longer serves us and make space for what’s next.

✦ Gentle movement and aromatherapy - to awaken and ground your body
✦ Release note burning and moon water charging - to free yourself and invite clarity
✦ A spa immersion - (hot tub, sauna, cold plunge) to detox, relax and renew
