This week’s Full Moon is no ordinary lunation. It’s the Pink Full Moon, named for the early spring blooms, and arriving in Libra, the sign of balance, harmony, and relationship.

It’s the first Full Moon since the Spring Equinox. A mirror. An invitation to see clearly: what’s in balance in our lives, and what’s out?

According to astrologer Pamela Gregory, this lunation (with the Fire Horse at its peak), is asking us to step into our sovereignty, our inner authority, our courage. To take a risk. To do something new. To know, with great clarity, who we are.

What the Pink Moon Illuminates

The Pink Moon doesn’t judge. It simply shines its light onto everything, asking:

  • Are our relationships balanced? Or are we overgiving, overfunctioning, or holding on too tight?

  • Are we standing in our power; with self-love, self-respect, and the courage to say yes or no from the inside out?

  • Are our days built on harmony... or on habit, on autopilot, on “should”?

It’s a chance to see what’s ready for release, and what’s ready to grow.

What I’m Seeing, and What I’m Ready to Release

For me, the Pink Moon has been asking: what’s out of balance?

The answers have been showing up in small, daily moments:

  • Saying yes to too many tasks, then feeling scattered

  • Rushing through my morning, only to feel uncentered before the day even starts

  • Answering a question before I’ve really checked whether it resonates

  • Filling the silence, instead of simply being in it

None of these are “bad.” They’re just old. Patterns that once served a purpose but no longer fit the woman I’m becoming.

The Pink Full Moon doesn’t shame me for them. It just holds them up, gently, and asks: are you ready to see?

The Practice That Brings Me Back

What I’ve learned is that I don’t have to wait for a crisis to let go. I can choose, consciously, every morning.

For years now, I’ve started my day by connecting with myself before the world pulls me in. I check in with my body, my breath, and the energy of the lunar cycle. I ask: What’s coming up for me? What’s asking to be seen... or released?

That simple ritual has become my anchor. It’s how I come back to myself... in coherence, to the heart, to what’s true. 💖
